Rank Gear II and above

HI all i'm still pretty new to PWI and i was wondering...
where/how do i get the rank gear 2 and above
well mainly 2 and 3 cause i'm almost rank 3
if someone could point me in the right direction or show me a thread that discusses this
i'd really appreciate it
also if this doesn't go here i'm sorry, i didn't know where else to put it

For 2-4 it's in Dreamweaver.
