Will this over-rule the Hyper EXP stone Exhaustion time period? If not then I believe it should.

    Exhaustion = 10% normal EXP
    2X = 100% normal EXP on top of anything you gain
    Exhaustion + 2X = 10% +100% = gaining 110% of normal exp

    Okeano's right. I noticed that I gained a lot more exp than I should have during 2x exp weeks when I was in exhaustion.
