Free to play, pay for Lag?

I am not sure why the server has so many dcs, but since people putting lots of money in this game and losing it because dieing, charm ticking, droping by dc-dead, etc. you should start to give the people something back.

people paying for a game and for items, not able to play the game and losing the benefit of
the items (charm ticking while dcing) means thorwing money out of window.

even if i dont put money in it, i am very worried about the money bag of my friends.

i understand, if you are under D-Dos attacks, but this isnt an excuse for people losing money.
