TideBorn LVL 92 skills

ok, ive not really been able to find info on this. what i found is that the psychic 92 skills require a Aware of Harmony cultivation lvl, but you dont learn that cultivation untill 99. why do i say that this is a problem? because all the other classes (not including the EG, who dont have sage/demon skills yet) have there 92 skills requiring Aware of the Myriad. now, ill have to post some pics, but im sure most of you can get my point. do you agree?

    I totally agree with you the tideborn also deserve to get their skills at the same lvl.
    Moreover the drop lists for 89 bosses have to be upgraded since tideborn books only drop in 99+ dungeons which is completely wrong.

    It was so that the lvl 92 skils needed lvl 99 culti to learn.
    Than they 'fixed' that by making those skills lvl 99 req to learn.

    But now they are lvl 92 again, and my lvl 94 sin recently learnd Rib Strike (lvl 92 skil, used to be lvl 99).
    AKA: It alread has been fixed, even though the culti still reads something else

    nice, i hope thats true, as it will make my skill list have reason to expand lol
