Getting **** is in Style?

Alright, now that the server is down and no fun and games, I have a lady friend that had gotten **** about 2-3 weeks ago and I just happened to remember about this. Sure you might be thinking why such a late post and why am I posting and not her, well, simple fact is, she sent in multiple tickets and never got a reply back and also reminds me that I've also sent in a ticket about something before and have gotten no reply. My concern with this which should be pretty obvious is that nothing was done about it. Back about a year or so ago I knew someone who got banned the very next day because he "****" someone and when support was actually given, now it seems that the GM's or "support" either don't exist or don't care? My friend lost a good couple of demon skill books and fash and not much else but still I don't see the just in nothing being done about it.

    You haven't gotten any response from the tickets you have sent in? Did you try checking the ticket status on you the My Support page. You will be able to see all your tickets from there. b:thanksb:thanksb:thanks

    I personaly know 4 persons who was ****. They submited ticket(at least that is what I was told) And nothing happened. One friend retrieved pasword and had some good armors on, so I was pking her and picking her stuff till she droped everything. After that we sold stuff and she created new acc. Others wasnt so lucky. They just found they accs empty with bank paswords set on. As it was mentioned before I realy thought that GM's(or w/e) is taking care of hackers, nowdays it seems hackers are free to ****.
