My Cisco Router is being effected by the downloader...

Ok I'm really not sure what's going on. I just bought a new HP computer laptop yesterday and I'm trying to download PWI on this computer now but the downloader is messed up...

For some reason it says it's effecting my cisco router and I got this error popup explaining that (in words I don't undertstand xD), I started the download yesterday night and let it download through the night but I wake up and it's still on data2.pck then I made a really crappy move... I basically wanted to install my new anti-virus software (during this morning) so I had to get rid of my Norton trial security, so it wanted me to restart the computer (I am running windows 7) so I did that, then I go back to PWI website, back to direct download, run it then it leaves off from it was before I restarted, then I get these numbers 4294960508% on the top window. o.O Then I look down and it says -2700000 something like that out of 40999 MBs with the overwhelming numbers next to the % xD... then the download bar isn't moving it's completely white, and then it says it will take 176:20:36 left at 460.6k/sec. My internet is really good, so I shouldn't be having a problem with this downloader!! AHHH please help me. xDDD

There is alot going on here, and it would be really helpful if you could submit this information in a ticket to Tech Support. Please if you can send in a screenshot of the error that popped up and your system's dxdiag.
