Ping - Fail Summon - Looks

Hello i would like to know what the hell happened to PWIs ping? Three months ago my ping was 16-46 and for a 5th time i left the game because of the ridiculous gold prices, now i'm back again and the ping goes from 2k-7k... I've wasted so much money on this game and i demand to know why this is this happening before i leave for good, i've got a 20MB connection and this is the only game that lags so bad. Honestly when was the last time anyone saw a ping of over 2k in any other game? This is like rotfl wtf O.o QQ.... Oh and btw the 3rd Summon of the Mystic is such a fail, it's completly USELESS has like 24 p/m atk and worst defense than Devil ,GG remove it it's a total FAIL the 2nd Magical summon is also a FAIL. Also i've noticed Tideborns and the new race can't be fully customized like humans and elves... i'm like all about fashion and good looking toons lol so why were you ppl so lazy and didn't enable all customization options? You know like lipstick eyebrow color etc.. Hope to get some good answers TC....
