Prepaid cards not working on site Please help

i went and got 2 prepaid cards today and when I tried to enter then it comes back with an unknown error and I can't charge up my Zen did the server issues effect the Zen charging as well? I have spent 40$ and can't use it I know they were activated I watched them get scanned so I know it isn't that it even shows them activaed on my reciet. it comes up with a link to email them about it but I can't send them anything it doens't work please help

    This system is currently down and we are working to have that resolved. Please hold onto those cards for now and this system will be back as soon as we can get it back up.
