Prepaid card error

I also bought 2 prepaid cards and got an "error message". I can't get either one to take at all. I also tried to submit a ticket and cant get to the page to submit a ticket. Please help!!! I've been playing PWI for 2 years and have bought several cards with no issues. Now all of a sudden i cant use the cards I paid for? WTH? I want my zen.

    We are currently working to fix an internal error that is causing this issue. Please hold onto these cards and you should be able to redeem them later today.

    This issue should now be resolved. Please close all browsing sessions (anything you have open for internet browsing) and start a new one. You should now be able to login and redeem the cards normally.
