To QQ or Not To QQ about Horns That is the Question

Ahem, as stated in the title this is a post about the subject Perfect Horns. As well as the factors for whether to btch your *** off or not. OK sooo lets begin shall we.

Which to you being more annoying a perfect horn, The idiots who spam about them for 5minutes after who likely have no idea what it WAS like when they sold them in the boutique, OR the idiots who spam in WC AFTER the previous idiots for another 5minutes because of the spam before them about a horn which lasted at most 20seconds?

This being what I wonder. Why is it the idiots for the most part who do not like the horns, btch and complaine about it because of a chat box window you can (move) over your mini map an almost not see it unless you are watching for it just to spam for no apparent reason?

The second thing I wonder about is this: Why the hell would you spam WC about somebody spamming WC about an item that you claim is not annoying yet you cause more spam and drama behind the problem itself because of said spam about said item?

Thirdly I am wondering Would they put horns back into boutique again just so we can annoy the hell out of people to show them what it was like -begs pweeeseb:beg-
This way they have a reason to btch instead of not. b:laugh

horns themselves are annoying as hell cause u cant block them like u can teles but yea, the ppl who spam WC raging after each random use of a horn are more-so annoying as it servers no point cept for them to have a "reason" to "troll" or just get attention

The "after horn" spammers are more annoying than the actual horns.

When they first showed up, horns were truely a problem due to a-holes spelling out entire sentences one letter at a time. I actually ended up minimizing my chat window to its smallest size, then covering it up with a skill bar so that I could ****ing play the game.

Ofc, I couldn't communicate with anyone...but most of those I squaded with were fac mates, and we just used vent exclusively for the duration.

Nowadays, while still slightly annoying to see a horn once an hour, it's no where near the annoyance of having people QQ and effectively block out non-QQ shouts.

i hate the Horn, ino one wants to hear the loads of b:fatb that we have to hear on WC daily, but at least we can switch to faction chat, or even to a channel where we can just listen to our own music. Things have gotten worse lately, with Duke's gag removed. but add the damned Horn, and once again, we will have a mass exodus, just as we had last year.

HEY, GMs, I know you remember that. and everyone knows thats why we have so much of an ingame econmy in a mess.

I'm mostly annoyed by the horns, just because I don't pay much attention to WC. I tend to be jumpy about things popping up out of nowhere, so every time a horn box pops up, I go into this cycle of omfg-what-is-that-is-it-going-to-kill-me-oh-it's-just-another-stupid-horn. Kinda annoying, but then i ignore it. I'm just glad they're not more common (at least not on my server).

That said, I did once see some guy propose via horn. That was, admittedly, rather romantic. b:chuckle

Same thing here. Not gonna rage about them or anything, especially since they aren't in the boutique anymore.

I honestly barely see a horn once in a few days.Honestly, there's no big deal with it since you can only have 1.
I really don't understand why people HAVE to rage on WC after each damn horn, it's a million times more annoying than the horn itself.
So what if you can't block it?It's just 1 message once in a while, you can ignore it.Duke's spam is worse than that.

the only thing that annoys me about the horn is the flashing, extra window that goes on my screen in random places, even if i move the window. especially if it lands over the health bar -.-

it doesnt really bother me that it shows in every chat box, i mean, its a perfect horn, it only makes sense. but i think it was a stupid addition to the game in the first place.

WC spam, put 10 teles in the account stash, why bother putting a horn in, its not like its going to encourage people to buy more horns, just seems like nonsense.

At expansion launch the window stayed put just under my picture icon/HP/MP bar.

But now I'm noticing it moving around. Last night the damn thing popped up right smack dab in the middle of my screen...while I was tanking a boss. -.-

I moved it back to where it had been at launch, but not 3 hours later it showed up in my normal chat box.

The horn I can ignore, when it's just in my chat box (duke spam is far worse). But not when I have a horn specific chat box that only shows up when a horn is used, and now has the habbit of walking aimlessly across my screen like a Welshman **** faced on absinthe.

That is precisely my sentiment on this issue. I've noticed that they no longer stay where I stuck them, and decided that it's likely broken into the good stuff...

BTW, PWE, more chat box configurabilty please? If we're stuck with a horn box, at the least can we turn that off?

Also, in my opinion, a horn is the same as whispering the whole damn server at once. We can't effectively turn off whispers in any chat box, so it's sane that we can't turn off horn chat in the normal chat box, either.
