Make Runecrafting available to everyone!

Hi,

in my opinion PWI made a big mistake the way they added Runecrafting because all other crafting skill books can be obtained by completing a crafting quest series except runecrafting.
Dont get me wrong i know how the current system with the Divine Orders work but i think it's a big rip off the way the system is designed because:

a) distribution of blue/purple quests from divine orders is completely random and divine honors are untradeble = a player has no influence in how fast he can collect the required 2,4... divine honors of shadow needed to exchange for a book ( even the cash shop item for refreshing the list wont give a 100% guarantee to obtain a quest with divine honor reward)

b) the materials to craft runes themself are not based on directly farmable mats from mobs but mainly items a player will buy from merchants ( shards,armor to decompose)

c) since it is hard to get enough honors to exchange for a runecrafting book people will charge high amounts of coins for higher lvl runecrafting books and a player has either the option to rely on personal luck to get enough honors himself ( unrealistic long amount of time needed to get enough for lvl 1-8 book ) or to buy the books on the market. So only rich players will be able to afford the books

d) runecrafting is the first skill that needs a book for every single lvl while others only require books for lvl 4 6 8 and in lvls between books where only necessary if a player was to lazy to do the 10 -15 required crafts

e) compared to apo items runecrafting has a bad gain/cost ratio. I mean the items are relatively expensive and the duration of the effect is rather short.

So please PWI think about the mat requirements for the runes and add a crafting quest for runecrafting so that people can max their crafting skill lvls by putting effort in collecting mats and so on with a 100% chance instead of limiting the access to players who are rich enough to afford books from randomly given quests.

    how about they make rne crafting worth while firstb:surrender? need to spend too much to get them and for the expense what do we get? a 30 min buff.


    as for your idea, i'm undecided lol. what would be nice is if they chaged the item needed to get the orders to refresh the quest list. it sucks when your trying to level your run crafting but can't get blue quests. and if you want to refresh you need to use the same orders your saving up to get runcrafting lol

    by making the runes with normal collectable mats they would become as frequently used as apos and the people willing to farm the mats ( non cash players) would get another source of income + for the rich people the total price of a rune would fall too. Moreover with making the runecrafting skillbook available to everyone there would be an incentive to get runecrafting up. I feel like runes should be a tiny help for those without r9 and so
