dragon points broken

I was redeemin some of my dragon points i was buyin random pigments with dragon points at the dragon pts page i yry 2 buy 2 pigment bottles but when i click confirm it goes back 2 the previous page with no transaction notice.


can this be fixed asap?

    We haven't received any other reports of this. If people have experienced this post here! So could I have you delete your cookies and cache, or install/use a separate browser to test with. Let me know what you find.

    Yeah, I've had this problem and I know a lot of others who have the same issue. We've all tried different browsers and even different days (just to see if maybe it was being finicky that particular day).

    Most of the time I can't redeem DQ points. The page itself seems to be fine up until the point where you hit the send button/confirm and it just restarts the page.

    it's been like this for months on end i can't even get my points or buy them

    same issue can't redeem...cleared cookies and cache...tried 2 diff browsers. I assumed this was just an unresolved issue from before but decided to come here to double check. I've had no trouble redeeming in the past but since the page came back up it wont let me.

    yeah this is a major issue that needs 2 be fix i just did a reinstall on my laptop clearing the cashe and and it will not go through
