What summons to focus on?

i'm going to create mystic,
i'm going pure mage build with a base of 10vit.

but as for summons to level i'm confused.

so far from what i've read i should focus on leveling devil and salvation?
but what about plants?

any help would be appreciated, i'm just so confused b:sad

    level devil chiyu to max and salvation the same. you can save storm mistress for later, she eats up way to much mana to be used in the early levels. you will find yourself drained of mana just because you keep giving it all to storm mistress.

    as for plants you should keep sting up to date. creeper is also good to keep up to date imo. the rest of the plants are honestly a matter of opinion. but sting and creeper should be staple plants to level up imho

    listless blossom should be saved for last tho. its sleep skill aint all that good in terms of how much it procs. ppl also have mixed feelings about healing/vital herbs, but id level those to just for supporting. and if im not mistaken the healing effect works even while atking and in combat mode. so its good for that extra healing.

    What this guy said, except for keeping the plants up to date. I found the Devil Chihyu and my own skills to be enough for any situation so far.

    And on plants its really up to you, I myself really didn't use them for the first 60 Levels. I rather use spirit on a skill i was spaming the most then getting sting. Right now i have sting maxed out and working on creeper. They are two amzing summons, but i wouldn't max them out asap, pace your self or get them once you max our your basic attack/healing skills.

    this is really one of those situations where you have to examine your playstyle.
    which summons do you use most?

    personally, Devil is my most used pet, so he was #1 to get to 10, no question about that, he's good enough to tank for me, and good enough to survive a few moments without attention.

    Mistress I haven't used much, I know her skills, and have a few good ideas where she'd best be used, but not too good for my normal quest and grind playstyle, so she's been slightly neglected.

    Salvation, on the otherhand, to me, is very much a squad pet...something to use when I don't need a tank, or I am the primary healer. depending on how much you plan to need to heal, I'd say level her as you feel she's effective.

    as far as plants...they all are very useful, but again, I see these as more squad-based in practice, (most times, in solo play, enemies are dead far before a plant becomes effective, or efficient) you have alot of these summons, and they will take alot of spirit from other skills that I think are a little more useful in all-around play. stinging and creeper are common favorites, as are the healing plants.
