Seeking fun, helpful Faction

I've recently returned to PWI (5 days ago to be exact), and I'm looking to join a Faction once again. It's been about 1 year, so a lot of my friends are gone, or using other characters whose names I do not know. I never was much of a PKer, although I would fight back on occasion with about a 50/50 win/lose ratio. I was more of a quester and just never practiced my skills much on other players.
This time around I'd like to experience the game in its entirety! PK, TW, FC, TT, etc...
Last time I was much of a loner doing quests and helping lower levels with their quests. I still want to help others when/if I can, but I feel I missed out on 1/2 the game. If there is any Faction willing to teach me how to do the things I overlooked, please invite me. I will obviously be "nooby" at first, but I learn quickly.
