Elders' Blessing or Dragon's Blessings

Hello. Anyone know how to do the new quest that is done now, Elders' Blessingb:sad, which gives armor?, some items that now appear when you open a window when you level up?

    The Elders' Blessing quest does not appear to be doable in PWI since there is no quest awarder.

    Some quests, items, and mobs in the game's database only exist in the database, and not in the game itself.

    Ok. But it is confusing, if you look at the rookie encyclopedia guide and gear detail is a list of items still to be obtained, there are five items that according to database obtained with this quest, according to what you say this information is an error of the game, because the truth is a very good team for new players according to database if it meets the 5 pieces

    I swear I've actually seen a lowbie with that armor. I thought the armor looked cool, viewed his gear and thought "holy ****, that's OP."

    Its a lot of gear you cant get, even if its in the Encyclopedia. The gear you're referring to was probably only available during a Beta-test in the Chinese version or something like that.

    Its like the robe, Wild Mane Mantle, that you cant get either since monthly races haven't worked in years. There is some grade 15 gear listed you cant get either and loads more. I'm guessing our Encyclopedia is directly taken from the Chinese version and most stuff is (or was during an event or similar) available there.

    No he is referring to in the CN version you can get timed lowbie gear for any class when you make a new char. Shows up as a treasure chest near the top and no it isn't part of any beta test, just like the in game theme changer (Since new one is amazingly ***) they removed it when it came overseas

    im pretty sure i actually saw an NPC where that Wild Mane Mantle was obtainable, if i remember right it was the Cultivation Conversion NPC in 1k and it costed like 1k+ celestial tiger items and like 20m coin or somethin like that, too lazy to log on and check atm

    Edit: at the NPC it says can get it with 10mil[?] coin(number doesnt fit) + 1333 Celestial Shards

    It is available in the current game. It is a doable quest. Game designers are not that dumb to allow that many items to just pop up out of nowhere. I know how to complete the quest. Why does no one else know this? it was ssssoooooo simple to figure out. I was shocked I did not immediately figure out. It is far more simple than all of the posted replies. Just click on the glowing chest. Then click accept reward/award. I was just going to leave you all in limbo over this, but I think Karma goes everywhere in life including games, if you are playing with other people. So there is your solution people. Enjoy!
