Disconnection Issue

I just got d/c from harshlands, and cannot get back in. I have rebooted several time and can get to the character selection screen, but cannot get any of my characters physically on the server, it keeps telling me "unable to log in/disconnected from the server".

Same thing is now happening to me as well. I can get to the character selection screen but then it tells me it couldn't connect to the server..
