I started BM 2 years ago and still never get tired of AoE-ing the adglkndag out of everything. *Drops a couple of dragons that engulf everything in flame as the flame sound of zerk goes off in your following AoEs. Whatever that is not dead get stopped right in its track with a lion roar and get to sit there to be AoE'ed more* How can anyone get tired of that?0

BMs - Very dynamic so probably interesting, though not too much fun to level
Wizzies - Kind of a specialized PVP style and a total **** to level
Barbs - Easy (but slow) to level, I consider them fun to play though often not TOO effective in PVP
Venos - Very very simple to level, PVP seems like a preference. (lots of running involved)
Archers - Easy to level, again more running but nice, quick damage on opponents.
Clerics - Can't say I've ever played one, but I can't picture them being fun. Lots of chances to get yelled at, and their PVP style is literally shooting fish in a barrel a lot of the time
Sins - A pain to level, but OP in PVP. Good for arrogant asshats who want to level up their ego quickly
Psys - VERY simple to level, but a LOT (for some reason, a LOT) of people get bored with them end-game
Seeker - Idunno lulz
Mystic - Perhaps the most simple to level and very dynamic. Could be a very interesting choiceI AGOREY0 -
Whatever class you find fun indefinitely is what you should play. You may end up hating what we suggest.
I love playing healers/casters, to me they're fun as hell. You know, sleeping people and then running circles around them with IH stacked so after sleep wears off they can't even dent your HP before you sleep them again and nuke them to he--er...<w<''' it's fun for me at least.
To others, they get so bored with being bugged for random ****, or they hate the squishyness.
Some people love "AoE-ing the adglkndag out of everything". XD For me, I never got past lvl 30 with any melee class just because it was so utterly boring for me, just smacking stuff over, and over, and over--again. (BMs are epic fun on private servers though)
IMO, play around with the different classes/odd builds.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Yeah I agree with this guy, lol. A lot of what longknife said was true too. I actually had a psy to lvl 36 before I started my wizard. After I started my wiz, my psy is still lvl 36 and my wizard is 67. XD To me the wizard was more fun.
Btw longknife, I never get yelled at. If you really learn to play a cleric you won't get yelled at. I'll admit, I mes up sometimes, but I fix it, admit I did it and move on. ^_^ I've talked to people who have physical mains and played on their wife's/husband's clerics, and they don't get it. My husband just cannot play my cleric, and he has no idea how I keep everyone alive. XD
I guess it's up to your play style. I love being super important and always having something to do in a squad, instead of autoing on the bosses.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

By realizing that you can instead go gather up 20+ mobs and throw lightning bolts at them, and never need a charm at all or even HP pots while doing so? Honestly, I have tried both classes and done AoE grinding with both. While Blademaster is much more profitable, this is a lot more fun in my opinion. b:chuckle
I don't remember how many exactly it is, but it is every single one of those that you can find on the island there. I will say, if you are all for using all 10 activations on your hypers in one day and you want to get the most exp you possibly can out of those hypers, this is a very effective method. Gather them all up, turn on, kill them, turn off, repeat nine more times and you are done.0 -

I tried spiders by avalanche on my 96 Cleric and it felt slower. Since I've been building my Cleric for support, my Tempest isn't maxed. I couldn't one shot them and had to keep healing and purifying myself, and I still ticked if I pulled more than 10 mobs. Maybe it gets better once with R8 weapon and when I stat more VIT back to MAG. BM with Bloodpaint = AoE god.0 -

this is good BUT, gotta remember that there is still the ppl who just HAVE to rage about everything and act like theyre super (better than yo mom/aunts/uncles/dad/president/everyone) pro that they'll STILL yell at cleric even if they do everything flawlessly or even if u ONE simple mistake and will berate you throughout a run
those ppl generally tend to go around thinkin they can solo everything even if they are squishy as hell (of course im thinkin of sins <_<)
so to end i gotta say either ur lying or u are extremely lucky to have never ran into ppl like that"Common sense isn't so common anymore." ~ Yusiong - Lost City

I like killing clerics doing that at spiders. Free DQ's from mobs, free DQ's from cleric and pvp count up +1. Still nothing beats BM aoeing in profit.
My opinion on all class is pretty much like longknife's, you just have to choose what u plan to do at endgame. I started as a barb in lc. Got bored so rolled veno and loved it. Then moved to HL and rolled bm. Got bored and rolled archer. Bored again so rolled mage.Left game for couple months. Then moved to RT when it opened with cleric. got bored so rolled barb and got even more bored. Left game for while. Back to HL and rolled a BM that still use and rolled a mystic to 7x and got tired of it. Making plans atm to make sin..
I hypers didn't exist i would never get to 100 with anything lol i get borred easylly.
Edit: If people yell at you being a cleric leave squad. Sleep then. Debuff then. Spark. **** then.PVP: 3800 kills in the name of KD lawl

+1 to depends on your playstyle.
As someone who has played every single class (although my EGs are still pretty low yet, for obvious reasons) I find the classes that are most useful in squad to be the most interesting. To me, that means cleric and barb (at least until endgame, which I don't really care about until I get there). I'm also very PvE centric... I don't care about PvP strengths and weaknesses, because the height of my day is BH.
IMO, cleric is interesting because it's a challenge. It's up to you to keep everyone safe, and there are many, many things that can go wrong. Every squad has a slightly different dynamic, and, as cleric, you're in prime position to observe and utilize. Also... people need what you can do, so you'll never run out of people asking you to fly across the map for a rez or help halfway through a TT run. Never a dull moment. b:chuckle
Barbs are fun too, and not too hard. Not being constantly at threat of dying makes grinding a lot less painful, since you can take more mobs at a time, and AoE grinding on a barb is fun in a way that I've never been able to reach on my cleric main.
Other classes I haven't gotten bored with:
Wizard: pwning mobs from afar with fire is fun. At low level, it is a huge challenge, so it's not recommended for a first character. But still, when they start getting good skills, those skills are awesome.
BM: You have a lot of options, and a lot of variety here. A lot of BMs stat for multiple weapons and learn the applicable weapon paths. BMs make awesome backup tanks, so, again, the 'wanted in squad' thing helps.
Assassin: Much like the wizard above, kicking the ever-loving stuffing out of mobs is a lot of fun, albeit a bit more painful for this class, since it's melee. Still, those fast-coming damage numbers are pretty, and once you get some stealth skills, you can really have some fun. b:chuckle
Classes I have gotten bored with:
Archer: I can't say what it is: despite the awesome damage and various handy skills they have, archer never really kept my interest. Meh... shooting things over and over... where are the fiery pheonixes and giant thunderstorms?
Psychic: I guess this one felt too much like my wizard (albeit faster) for me to ever really get into. It's less flashy, not particularly wanted in squad, and I already had 2 awesome ranged casters when the TB came out. So, meh. Bottom of my alt bin.
Anyone still reading at this point may notice that Venos aren't in either category... that's because I have 2 venos. One, a standard magic-heavy Veno, I got bored with. I've never really liked managing pets... and in this game it's too easy. I get bored constantly slinging scarabs while my pet keeps the mob distracted. And the tedium of keeping multiple pets leveled... ARGH.
But you know what is fun, in a crazy, totally pointless way? Axe Veno. b:laugh
So, the point is, try out a couple classes, and just see what clicks.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
