Tideborn quest bug?

I was doing the quest Blood Combat in nirvana for the tideborn quest and after I kill the undead soldiers and goshiki runs around, i dont get a quest after he's done. I wait for my 30 timer to run but it goes into the negatives. Sending a problem ticket right now

    relog it should fix it. either that or go die on the mobs. its a known bug that happens sometimes.

    Everything has its beginnings, but it doesn't start at one. It starts long before that... The world is born From zero. The moment zero becomes one is the moment the world springs to life. One becomes 2. 2 becomes 10. 10 becomes 100. taking it all back to one solves nothing. so long as zero remains... One.. Will eventually grow to 100 again.
