Quest Reward not given - Support?

I find this out of place and maybe a bit funny, but I guess I'll have to let everyone know my problem if I want to have support...

Yesterday I finished the last part of my Tideborn Chain. I killed the Lochmur Beast and gave the quest to Dizzy, who took ten minutes to "prepare her skill" and then give me the reward.

Then I talked to her again, I got the XP, SP, Mirages but nothing about the Tidal Charm that is supposed to come with it... As it says here -> http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=623592 and as I had in other characters as reward.

-My quest list is not full.
-My inventory has 20 slots free.
-I gave this quest with lvl 69 on a new earthguard class.
-I relogged several times and nothing happened.
-Dizzy doesn't have any other quest for me.

So here comes the funny part... I sent this info in a ticked to the support, under the section of "Gameplay". The form really fits there because it asks you "about what quest, NPC or whatever was related when this bug happened".
Their reply was that they only work with "people being stuck on the terrain or harrasment with other player" and they addressed me to forums and wiki saying that ->
Actual in-game strategies, NPC locations, item uses, etc.. are things that we leave up to the players to figure out themselves, so that they can enjoy the experience of discovery and become more capable players in the process.
I already figured out I'm supposed to get a charm from this chain, thx... Just asking why I didn't get it...

So here I am, doing what they asked me... Any help/support from GMs or people who knows why I didn't get it??

    I'd suggest posting in the Technical Support forum.

    The chances of any realistic help coming of it is... So-so.

    This BS coming out of the ticket system is starting to disappoint me. I've been holding off on buying charms and such because they never really fixed rubberbanding, but it's been so much better lately, I was considering it. But this BS is causing me to think twice. b:surrender

    Are you by any chance level 59? pwdb says you have to be lvl 60 to get the hp charm. Perhaps earthguard can't take the quest....

    Look at the post above yours. I highlighted the pertinent information in the quote of the OP in my first reply.

    has nothing to do with his class both me and my fiance completed it and got the charm i am a seeker and she is a mystic.
