Disconnecting and no server ping

As the title says, I've never had a problem with PWI before the maint the other day. Since then, me and the husband have both been disconnecting at odd random intervals. Once we disconnect it elapses time for a few minutes then it finally reconnects.
I disconnected again not 2 minutes ago during a TT run, I checked the 'server' list and found that I had no ping to 3 of the servers, the only ones I could see were Harshlands, Raging Tides and Dreamweaver, I think.
Is this a problem on my end or pwi's?

Next time that issue occurs please run the following traceroute and submit that information in a ticket to Tech Support.

1) Click on Start > click on Run (or in the Windows Search box)> type in cmd
2) On this screen type in (exactly as it is typed here): tracert pwieast1.perfectworld.com (You can use any of the IP addresses to our servers that are listed below. Try several.)
Please note there is a space between "tracert" and "pwieast1.perfectworld.com"
3) Wait for the traceroute to complete.
4) Right Click on the window
5) Select the "Select all" option
6) Hit "Enter"
7) You will now be able to paste the text into your reply.
8) Include in the body of your e-mail what Internet Service Provider you are using and what part of the world you are trying to connect from.

Honestly, to be completely blunt... The best thing you can do at this moment is probably send a ticket w/ all this info you posted and a link back to this thread. The general way things work around here is Tech support by GM's come and go, and they pick the first few topics they can solve/see, then log off. It's always better to send a ticket, that way you get direct support & assistance for your problem. Sadly, tickets can take a long time to send & receive responses.

I've had this issue many a time, and it may not be a coincidence that I came onto forums just now because I got disconnected from LC as well. b:surrender I've also never gotten a fix to this, just done traceroutes and been told it shorted out or had a spike in it, which I could see myself. Best guess is that it's something between our internet providers and the servers. It tends to fix itself within a few hours for me... b:surrenderb:sad0
