Why Aasimar so mad?

I felt like a separate thread was needed to discuss this important issue.


So, why is Aasimar so mad all the time? As a member of RT I feel it is our responsibility to look after our own, and being mad 24/7 can be very dangerous.


So before we start treatment, we must first find the root of all this pent-up anger and aggression.



Hypothesis 1 - TW failures.



A failure by one's guild in TW can lead to several anger issues, and Aasimar has been in many failed TWs. Just looking at the track record of past guilds such as NPC and Vicious and one can easily see a potential for anger issues. Winning approximately 2% of your TWs can be pretty devestating, not to mention that he hasn't seen a "VICTORY!" sign after TW with a factor guild in like what, 3 months? Sure there's beating the occasional scrub faction that has no land and you roll in 5 minutes, but it's not to same. Throw in that Vicious is already looking pretty bad off after the reset due to their leaders inability to bid like a serious TW guild, and it could lead to some anger issues.



Hypothesis 2 - Ignoring oneself to focus on others (Jealousy)


Much like the old lady with a pair of binoculars staring outside her window all day, there seems to be an issue of focusing more on being jealous of others rather than improving oneself. This becomes apparent as more and more good members choose to part ways with vicious in favor of QQme while Vicious fills with QQme's rejected applicants. While focusing on this blind rage at the neighbors, the home begins to fall apart.




So let's put our heads together and see if we can come up with a way to help our fellow RT member. b:victory

    I think he might be trying too hard to convince himself that the money he wasted on the game didn't mean anything to him, and trying to convince himself that he didn't really expect it to make him a good player.

    That combined with the stress of attributing QQme not taking the whole map to himself and not a chance map reset by PWI might be making him a little upset.

    I still remember fighting along side with him in varden getting rolled in 5 mins and slowly trying to stretch it to 10-15mins. Yes i embrace failure b:cute

    Would that be considered blasphemy or what? Are you really so full of yourself, that you have to crush anyone that tries to challenge the great Q? With any means possible, and any underhanded, cheap, low, undignified methods you can think of? Why not just take the challenge as something enjoyable?
    Whats wrong with having more than one faction on the TW map? More than one faction enjoying events, Guild Bases, whatever content this game can give us.

    What I do is nothing more than just joking around. I don't even really believe in arguing about which guild is better x or y as I perfer to let the TW results speak for themselves. And we're not making an "effort" to crush anyone. We participate in TW and we participate in events and we strive to succeed in these, and we do so with honest means. A little joking around is what these forums are pretty much for. So please, tell me what these dirty underhand cheating undignified means that we use? Cause I'm really drawing a blank.




    And besides, last I recall I remember seeing dozens of Vicious members all running around going "we're gonna take down QQme" and Vicious officers announcing their intention to attack QQme in TW, which they did.


    They initiated the challenge, we accepted it, and we won. That's not bullying, that's simply being better.

    Anyways its a 2 way street. I don't see QQme members calling dylena snake on world chat, or doing as much underhanded bad mannered things as bastilla. No Aasimar or bastilla doesn't define Vicoius and vicious has many nice people i know.

    I just wanted to share a funny track video i found this morning, and thought that was the funniest way to share it. But yes Choco complaint received. I took table talk and good natured ribbing too far. Plus Aasimar be trolling me this morning b:angry

    I think that you guys don't really know what you have, in a strong enemy to beat your fists against. Does the high school football team only want to play the middle school team? Fun is derived from competition. I can't exactly dumb QQme down. If you want QQme and Vicious not to fight that might be an option, but i think then people would leave vicious for someone who would want to fight. It took a Zillion weeks to get a large portion of the map. We all might be dead by the time it takes to take that much of the map over again. And even considering how much of the map QQme had, I'd say the TW's that went on were just as good as the tw's on the map now. Or yes better.

    Being able to kill luci 1 v 1.. well thats an ok accomplishment.
    Farming trophy mode, also fun and enjoyable, a good accomplishment.
    Farming yourself new gear, improving it, finding efficient ways to farm and be better than others. Well thats an accomplishment.
    Dethroning the best = something to be proud of.

    All that stuff said nothing but respect Choco and i will refrain from any future bullying.

    It's simple dear Rawrgh, imagine if you have spent lots of money in this game...

    And then you have high expectation of the guild you are in, but then it fails...

    you go to another guild and it fails too and finally you go to the faction were everyone has different ideals from their past factions, were all QQme ragequitters go, were all people who QQme rejects go and QQme haters home (that simply doesn't works) and just 1 goal in common "Take down QQme"....
    It takes more than desire to do it, it need hardwork and altruism, and work as a guild not only to work everyday to improve just theirselves, cus while you get better, other people in your guild don't and that makes your effort worthless.

    So after fail+fail+fail i would be mad too, and if i don't help guildmates to get a little stronger, the faction just won't get better...

    Yeah they can point us as such dirty csers but the truth is at least 120 persons of the guild didn't spend a dollar in this game but csers get strong fast and just help non csers to get their stuff faster (ofc not giving donations but helping farm) thing that vicious lacks of....

    If they could focus in work as a guild and not just as individuals they would be stronger...

    Example of that is Leviathan who put in great danger QQme but then they succumbed.

    ^ this is pretty much it. its been like that since the start of the server... same thing could be said when qqme was the underdog against infamy... qqme initiated a challenge to infamy...they took it... with help here and there qqme came out on top...

    Well, I let this thread role for a day without giving a concrete answer just to make a point.
    And ofc, what I expected happen. This is exactly what I've been talking about all this time.

    Let me just quote few of my post that showed "how serious" I am to the game i n correlation to current events:

    Vicious just likes to fight and have chosen an matching opponent to do it with. To put it simply they enjoy giving some good old butt whooping to the "arrogance incorporated" aka QQmuuu.
    What did QQme do in the meanwhile? Attack Varden, then gank on Levi.. pro, so pro.

    Oh, and let me remind you all of QQme's M.O. for some time now: Getting as many CS'er as possible in the faction - if they don't join, trash talk them to death.
    So my question is, why do you keep talking about other faction op/pro/r8/r9/Op/oP/OP/cS/CS/Cs/this/that... like you fac is not stocked with ppl like that?
    Why double standards?
    And last but not the least: WHYSOSERIUS?

    the very same people whos vocabulary know not of words as respect, dignity, integrity, honesty...
    it is yet another lame attempt to justify ones vial and distorted nature. Not to mention it will simply not pass in a mind of a normal human being.

    All in all, try to be nice to each other. Don't do to others what you don't want to be done to you. Reality check: this is a video game. There are no threatening evil forces in it by itself. It is just you choosing to make others fell bad by hateful remarks and comets.

    To the point. Its all part of the game.
    However, its the certain people who cross the line and start of with humiliating comets and hateful remarks that define it as "bullying". It is not necessarily faction related.

    Game is game.. lets play it for what it is and have fun.
    Harassing and offending others in any way... that is not game, thats just people "bullying".
    Lets not mix up those two.

    I'm about the game and respect everyone that is here for that purpose. But if some1 cames here to do any of the verbal and in game abuse I mentioned in the earlier post/threads, then no, your are not playing the game... you are here for all the wrong reasons.
    Thats is all to it. Let us enjoy the game without certain peoples non game related frustration affectioning our in game time.
