What's with the forum's time?

Did someone not set the time zone properly on the forum server? Or is it running an OS old enough to not have up-to-date time zone databases? (PLEASE tell me it's not running on Windows 2000...)

Right now, everything's showing up as if Daylight Saving Time isn't in effect. It's misleading to see that everything is an hour old immediately after posting... b:surrender

    It isn't running Win 2k.

    It's running Win ME SSE (SUPER Special Edition), which is just a step down from Windows RG edition (google Windows RG for some fun lol).

    And, yeah, whatever they ARE running... Last time DST rolled around, the servers used some funky DST settings from 1997 or before... So, probably Win 2k Server.
