    • Element Client taking up more cpu power than usual

    I've noticed recently that whenever I leave a catshop overnight and come back later, the element client takes up all cpu power. I'm basically unable to do anything else on my computer.

    Even logging out does not fix it. I have to exit the client to fix it. I don't remember this happening before last week's patch. I haven't installed anything new on my computer either except for PWI related patches.

      Try lowering all of the effects to their lowest and run the game in windowed mode.

      If you computer goes into screensaver, hibernate, sleep, or other variances of partially powering down, it can result in strange errors, like what you describe.

      If you are hanging out ingame in a high traffic spot in game with a lot of players, that can influence what your PC has to draw and handle too.
      Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

      I already do all those. The problem is this kind of problem didn't show up until last week's patch.
