just thought i'd put it out there. Sent a ticket as well <ofc we know tickets dont do anything>

The zen reward page has been down since new web page changes

edit : issue is that it does not show what reward to choose from only shows which char and which server to choose


Just putting it out there since were all discussing upon web page issues with jones blessing aka fb connect and dq page errors...


zzzz pls fix it .... why'd u keep changing and making more issues....pls fix past issues first then relese more stuff with more issues

    The good news is that your Bonus Points won't be reset, so you can use them during the next Charge Rewards campaign, which could possibly have new prizes available :)

    Edit: Hey all, I wanted to clarify that the points were reset after the program that followed the one that was being referred to in this thread. They were actually reset a little while after this promotion, which stated that the points would remain valid until February 28th.

    Thank you for the reply Frankie I dint notice that. And yes its unknown when the next one will be or even if it is there :S.

    On another note its like only you are the one that can solve problems and tickets are completely useless and customer service in tickets cannot understand or aren't gamers at all.

    Just pm me if u wanna discuss further what I mean when I say the lvl of customer service is bad. I'll explain why
