Please Help if You Can...Very Annoying Problem

Hey Guys,
Here is the problem I have been having trying to install PW.

When I try to install Perfect World on my computer, I can install it all the way up to 99%. After that I get an error saying "Unable to create perfect world/perfect world international (I'm guessing this is the folder the game goes into.) Anyways, after that it just shuts down completely. I've tried re-downloading the game from the website, but that doesn't fix the problem either. I am also running Battle of The Immortals, and that is already in the PW folder, so I don't understand what my problem is. If it helps any, here are my system specs: Microsoft Windows XP Professional Version 2002, Service Pack 3. Intel Pentium M 1.73GHz. 794 MHz, 0.99GB of RAM. I am also running a Dell Latitude D-610 Laptop if that helps any. Any help in helping me figure out this problem would be appreciated. I would REALLY like to play this game, and I don't want to download it again, as this is my second time downloading it. Thanks for any help!b:angry
