i've seen a vid about the heads part where a 101 assa got 30k exp per head, but i dont know if it was on hypers or not

well, is it cheaper than oracle's when the service costs 500-700k and i spend 400k on hypers?
is it timed quest or a fixed amount i can kill?
can i rely on follow while we are getting to that room?

and any additonal info is welcome
