Head Hunter Missing

It's 20 minutes past 12 am, and I'm standing on the platform in the middle of Arch, and the head hunter hasn't respawned yet. I know he should be out by now, is there a reason why he's not back yet?

    It was daylight saving time clock adjustment time in the united states. So time specific events might be off by an hour.

    considering how they specifically reset the servers yesterday so something like this wouldn't happen i find this rather fail.b:surrender
    Killing level 80's with a lvl 60 is a lot more fun than killing level 90's with a level 100.
