cant start the game...

hello i just installed pwi in my new computer....the problem is that,when i press start button the screen gets black like it should be normaly but then it takes me back in windows...i have verify the files many times....i unistaled it and then download again still the same story...plz help im freaked outb:sad and sorry for my bad english...hope u can help me...b:cry
