New Graphics Card Crashing Game/Windows

Normally I can deduce enough information from Google and searching for the errors that I might get but right now I'm stumped. I just gotten a new MSI N560-GTX-Ti 1mb Graphics Card and replaced my old nvidia 8800GT (which had fan speed issues). I had a very stable system as I used MSI afterburner to up the fan speed to 100% which ran fine for a month or so, but I was a bit nervous at some of the heat readings I was getting so I opted to get another card.

Since putting this in 3 days ago I've been through all sorts of hell with it. I play Perfect World International and when playing the game I have had all sorts of bug reports (crashes) and 3 blue screens all pointing to different things. I've tried compatibility mode changes and everything I can think of but nothing has worked.

So far I have used memtest86+ overnight and memory is fine (as I said soon as I put in other graphics card it had these errors). I have also ran stress tests on the new graphics card and it's all passed with flying colors so I don't see bad memory or cpu on the graphics card. I've have monitored it's temps and it's not even broken 60 yet so I know it's not overheating. I am beginning to think it may have to do with the power supply. I will post up all the dmp files from minidump and system specs and see if we can agree it maybe be just buying a better power supply for the system, or if it may be something else I didn't think of checking.
