Problem wine making

For some reason whenever I Go to master Tso the wine maker I take his quests and get all the items needed to make wine. However it will not let me collect the wine even when I have the materials for it.
Making: Osmanthus Wine
Need:
logs (20/10)
Pig iron (16/10)
Sandstone(18/10)

And for some reason it will STILL not let me complete the quest. What is going wrong?

    Quest list is not full, and inventory is open

    This is gonna sound jerkish...but did you bother to scroll down in the quest info to see what the FOURTH item it requires was???

    ...Oh, I missed that, duh. XD Yeah, wine needs four type of materials, and you've listed only three.

    Np, and it wasn't really a catch...I just read the items listed and thought "Where is the other item??" Since I've made wines soo many times.
