Attack/Defense level of lvl [?] bosses?

Hi guys,

I am planning the sharding on my 101 sin and am curious what would help me better when soloing "?" (lvl 150) bosses. For this i started to compare the efficiency of Def level against Def (garnet) or Vit (savant/primeval) stones. What got on my way, is a question:

"What Attack and Defense level do those "?" mobs and bosses have?"

I found a thread by Asterelle (http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=698392&highlight=Attack+level) showing the relations between attack and def lvl but i can't calculate anything if i don't know the accual att/def lvl of my enemy ("?" boss).

So let's say i had lvl 100 and 50 def lvl fighting with lvl 150 boss. Will my dmg be reduced by:

1/(1 + 1.2(50 - 0)/100) = 0.625 => 1-0.625=0,375*100%=37,5%


Edit: Will the reduction differ if i did the same with character lvl 90? (assuming phys.def. and mag.def. = 0 by both characters)

37.5% reduction seems about right in PVE for 50 defense level. In addition to that you get reduction from defense. You can ask a Psychic since they have a skill thats like +99 defense level and it is around 50% less damage from mobs.
