Strange Chinese Popup

I haven't a clue what this says, but I was trading with a friend, and this appeared in game:

Could a GM explain what this is asking?

    It's a message about not trading RL money or stuff for ingame stuff with other people

    I've been getting this pop-up as well... It seems to pop up whenever I try to click the top of the trade window to move it around. (I can't stand it being way over on the left edge of the screen) Rather than letting me move the window, this chinese thing pops up.
    Don't mind me, I'm just here for the free food!

    I have also gotten the same pop-up message when attempting to move the trade window into a better view point. Another faction mate has also received it during the same actions. Please Make... something chinese... I'm just curious about it; Most likely something got lost in traslation.
