Problems changing passwords

I have had my account lets say for two years, maybe more. I now want to change my password, but I forget my question: "who is your favorite super hero?" I typed in every super hero I know and it says it is wrong. How do I get around this to change to a new password? Any help is appreciated, thank you.

    You will need to submit this issue in a ticket to Customer Service.
