makeover scroll

so ive heard you get a free makeover scroll around 30ish, is that true?
and if so where do you get it ?

    true. late 20s levels, actually. from a quest chain that starts with (i think the quest was named) "the finest mantou".

    just do your level-2x archosaur quests and you'll run into it, it's not even hard to complete. (well, except for the whole kun kun business, but...)

    Yeah, go to beautiful chang in west arch (across from merchant sorta), she starts the main quest. Go all the way till you get a quest to dig "man hung's hair" and it gives you a makeover scroll when you turn that in.
