Facial Issues

Hello Mystic-Forum goers! When I amde a Mystic in customization I was able to pick hair but their eyes were messed up and figured they would be fixed in game. I went in the game and my Mystic was bald and had no pupels only white balls with a blue dot in the middle. I will post a pic later if needed but was wondering if anyone else had problems with this. Oh and in the game people around have everything hair and eyes....So any ideas??b:cute

    Choose a preset, because currently EG doesn't have default preset. (b:chuckle)
    Make them bald and have no eye.
