I'm confused by something, maybe a mystic would be able to answer this for me:

Falling Petals, the skill says it heals 9 seconds after an attack, is that actually how it works?

Finally, Salvation, says it gives a 450 (or 4500) hp falling petals buff that lasts for 30 seconds. Does that heal only for 450 hp or does it heal for 450 hp per tick?

This skill combo seems like its ideal for healing mode for a mystic but I'm staggered as to why they'd give this to mystics it seems like a very powerful pair of skills.

    its the amount over 9 seconds, AFTER u get hit one time. it doesnt keep re-activating each time you get hit. after 9 seconds, the buff can be put on again, and if you get hit in the 1 minute buff time, then it will heal you that amount for 9 seconds.
