The Skill:
Range Melee
Mana 105.6
Channel 0.3 seconds
Cast 1.9 seconds
Cooldown 8.0 seconds
Weapon Daggers

Requisite Cultivation Aware of Harmony
Stab up under the enemy's ribs.
Deals base physical damage plus
55% of weapon damage plus 1216.4.
Reduce target's attack speed by 27.5% for 30 seconds.

Mastery:
Requisite Cultivation Aware of Harmony
Increases damage dealt by daggers by 6%.

Mastery 2:
Requisite Cultivation Aware of Harmony
Increases Wood magic damage by 2%.

For purposes, plz negate the wood effect on mastery 2.

First, I wish to know if both of these would calculate the damage after the attack is used or before? (if only one say which)

If it calculates before, does the 1216.4 damage get affected at all by both masteries?

If it is calculated after then does the % get an added boost?

Reason I ask is I know the phy based characters get their damage on character screen calculated when weapon is in hand, but magic doesn't. So my guess is magic does get calculated after attack is released, and physical doesn't. So Does the 1216.4 not get touched by the phy mastery?

Magical mastery is after the skill damage, physical mastery is before.
In your example 1216.4 damage is untouched.
