x2 exp rates end early?

Can anyone remind me please how long was the last exp/sp x2 rates period intended to last? Because as far as I remember it was announced to go on for 2 weeks, from March 2 to March 15 (or something like that).

And now I see that x2 exp/sp rates have ended after the update. Am I mistaken or is it an early end again? b:angry

Upd: No, I am not mistaken. Here is what I've found here:

Reward #2 - Stipulation: We don't quite hit 200k Likes by March 1st, 2011, but we put in a good effort:

2x EXP / 2x Spirit on all servers for two full weeks!

Its has pink glitter over it, and it makes a "WOWZA" sound when you flip it to "On".
