Everyone is bald!??

Ok when my sister first started playing the game about 2 weeks ago, she could see everything perfectly. Since the update, she now sees most everyone running around bald!

Does anyone know why?
Also my sister was in the middle of a couple quests when she got dc'd, when she came back on the quests she was doing were gone. She had to go back to the quest giver to get them back.
Is the mini map supposed to turn now?? Because a few people have been wondering about that too.
The Squad members dots do not actauly tell you where they are on the mini map, they just jump erratically all over the map.
Also I don't know if this is a bag or not, but I did every quest available for the egard class, and my lvl 31 when I finally went to archosaur, but I only had like 189 rep points, way too far from 300 reps that are needed to rank up.. Why didn't we get the same amount as my other toons did? Is this the correct amount or am I missing something? By the time I get 300 reps for rank up it will be way to late to even get the special armor.

I'm having that very same problem. I use to see everyone perfect but just recently I start to see everyone bald. I would like to know why &if ii can fix it

I had this issue, but I fixed it by going into the in game options, and noticed that a little box called Customization, or something like that, wasn't ticked. So i clicked it and applied it and everyone had hair again. Pretty sure this setting is under UI. Hope this helps.

Ive been going out of my mind trying to figure out why everyone is suddenly bald.
Going into System Settings/ UI/ Clicking Customizations fixed this issue.
