Weird Face like glitch

I re downloaded the game numerious times, reinstalled.

I use windows 7 ultimate x64

When I move or cast spells this purple glitch face thing pops up in the middle of my screen. I really don't know how to resolve this issue, any help would be greatly appreciated.My friend said something is haunting me.... Someone help me please.

I even verified all the files....

EDIT: Status - Fixed, turns out my Nvidia driver was acting up. Reformated the driver, works like a charm.
