Hello, we have an issue. It's as simple as this, my account has been ****. I came back after a few months with a friend to test out Genesis and while logging in to my character screen I realized my characters were unclothed which they shouldn't be since I've spent numerous dollars into this game. So I proceeded to check deeper and yes, I was right. They weren't in my inventory or my safe. My mounts are also missing. I'm expecting your co-operation asap, so the sooner you reply, the better.

No, I've never done that and never plan to. I've had trouble with the registration thing so I sent an email to this location customerservice@perfectworldinc.com.
