hullo again peeps

Looking at the quides once again and training my wizzard skills nothing is mentioned about the Fire Mastery, Aqua Spirit or Earthen spirit. (the +2% dmg per level skill)

Do we just lvl all 3 of these skills up when ever possible to max out all the dmg types or is there another matsery type later on in the game we need to save up for.

I may have fuxxored up training fire already and im lvl 37 btw.

cheers again peeps

You'll end up maxing them all at the end so ultimately, it really doesn't matter. I would choose the mastery of the spells you use most (probably gush/pyro) so water and fire first.

In my opinion, at first your masteries are not that important. you are better off spending the coin and spirit on combat skills. Personally, I didn't even touch my masteries until level 70. As for the order of learning the masteries, i would try to level them all equally, because you have equally important skills of each element. But its really up to you.

I would level them up to ~5-6 at LEAST. The 10% damage increase is noticeable and it doesn't really start getting expensive until higher levels anyway.

But like i said. it would be more useful to level your main combat skills, and IF you have leftover coin and spirit, then you can level them. btw "expensive" is a subjective term. b:victory

I think both answers you got so far are correct based on the point of view on the masteries.

On the one hand most guides suggest to leave them out till later since it is useless to have the masteries up but to lack coins and spirit for learning the next tier skills.
On the other hand pumping coins into extremely expensive attack skills like glacial snare which can be replaced by using gush as substitute will be less rewarding neither to push the total dmg output of your character.

I would add one additional point --> think about which skills benefit from the corresponding masteries before you lvl them because it is rather useless to have fire mastery up when you left out divine pyrogram for sandstorm. In this case the earth mastery would make more sense to go for. So first choose your main attack skills then the masteries
