update server connection failed please try other update server

My patcher will not let me update manually or verify files whatsoever. I can still log into game by pressing start like normal...but the patcher just sees to be acting up. My internet is working fine and the firewall is instructed to let pw through. I get this message every time still showing the TB patcher.

It's not a big deal since I can still log in and play but it is slightly annoying since I have to manual patch. Any help would be appreciated.

    What happens when you try to verify? Do you mean to say that the auto-patcher is not working? When you log in to play, are you in Genesis, or Rising Tide? b:puzzledb:puzzledb:puzzled

    When I try to verify it allows me to start but right before it starts I get the same error message as above. I have to manual patch, the auto patcher doesn't work for me and I dunno why but yes I am playing Genesis not rising tide because I did the manual patch. b:surrender

    Update:
    I redownloaded the entire client last night and now I see the Genesis patcher but it still gives me the Update Server Connection Failed, Please try other update server error. I assume this has to do with my computer or internet somehow. b:shocked Trying to fix it i suppose...though it's annoying.
