CC payment Error

Ok here's the problem..
I am the only one in the house that knows how to purchase zen with a credit card, so my mother and sister have me to do it for them.
Now I have already purchased zen for my mother, and also my sister.
But now every time I go in to do it again I get an Error .
Can someone tell me what the spending limit is and why it won't let me purchase more Zen?
The error tells me that I have to send in personal information, but they don't like to do that. Is there any way to clear this up?
They both got confirmation emails also.

    There are 2 things at the top of my head that you can try to fix.

    First, check with your CC company to make sure it's not locked. Some companies are smart enough to detect fraud activity, so you may want to clear that up with them or make sure the CC isn't locked.

    Secondly, if the CC company didn't find anything wrong, I would submit a ticket to ask PWE about it.
