Need a pvp tactic(Archer)

Any1 know a good tactic for archer lvl 74,i have all skills i can learn+genie skills second wind,holy path,tangling mire,resentfull courage. my aps is 0.77,got interval0.1 weapon and a set off legendary armors.Anytime got an ancient boa to run from target or something like that

    Winged Shell
    Wings of Grace
    Stunning Arrow
    Aim Low
    Lightning Strike
    Thunder Shock
    Thunderous Blast (optional to max)
    Frost Arrow

    Genie Skills:
    Extreme Poison
    Holy Path
    Absolute Domain
    Tree of Protection

    What I used when I used to play archer and I was pretty cool.

    You also need the ability to kite, which takes a bit of practice.
    AP classes are a real butt pounding...
