Q regarding Sage/Demon FB/BH'es

Question.

At the point of choosing between Sage or Demon, is the point where there's a split between the FB/BH right?

If so, then all BH we get from Head Hunter depends on if we Sage/Demon? Are you still able to help out in a Sage's BH if you're Demon spec and vice versa?

    BH only depends on your level, not cultivation.
