Guild Base Healing Plants

For those in factions with a guild base, there is a scroll to spawn a plant to aoe heal ur squad.
Can it be used only inside the guild base? i tried various other places and failed to summon it :/

Also, how is the healing determined? o.o

    Are you talking about the one that says something like, "only within guildbase target?"

    That you can buy I think it's in the forge with the "Wizard only" thing?

    Cannot. It can only be used inside the guild base.

    You can practice using those plants on the mobs in the training wing.
