I just got some zen, but I'm unsure how to turn it into silver, or exchange it.

    100 zen is 1 gold
    1 gold is 100 silver
    So if you has 1 gold and decide to buy a item worth 30 silver, you will have 70 silver left.

    What you want to do is transfer it to the game, right? On PW's billing site, go to "My Wallet". There should be something there about transferring zen. Choose the server and amount, then confirm and you're done! If you're currently playing, you will have to relog to get the gold/silver to show up in your client in the boutique. Hope this helped! (:

    can anybody tell me why i cant transfer the zen from my wallet to game?i keep trying and its like its stuck in the wallet.it simply wont transfer it
