Seeker buff question

hi, i lvld up Bladed Fervor , an seeker self buff skill

at lvl 1 it should give

3 defence lvl
1% crit
1 defence lvl

i leveld up the skill to lvl 7, the buff stats are still the same, and the buff time lengt isent increased either

should it be like this? think the skill doesnt work propperly

Edit- the Defence lvl doesnt show on the C stats menu, while the crit and attack lvl does,

skill is broke imo

    GJ Skippy :) All these haters angry at pro people having high lvl seekers :D join the club

    Anywhoo i have the same issue on my Seeker, as far as I know ive tested dmg and stuff and got other to hit me, seems to just be a graphic issue in the text, my seeker is getting more def lvl.

    For my seeker its showing the buff timer at 30mins (level 2 buff so far I actually want to learn the class) but it doesn't show anything else in the C menu apart from the 1% crit
