Takes 3 tries to log in?

For the last 2 months or so my PWI has been messing up for me. When I get to the screen where you put in your info to login, the fish swim around really fast (or use to be fish, same thing with the dragonfly things) and when I mean fast I mean they are a bunch of blurs. So if I go ahead and put in my info and login and it lets me login and switch chars, then a screen will pop up saying "Unable to connect". I have had to try re-logging 5 times before, Before the fish would slow down. Does anyone know what causes this? should I try uninstalling and reinstalling? Any info would be great.b:surrender
